In order to work on the eyes you need to use the Eliptical Marquee Tool and draw a circle matching the eyeTrebuie sa lucrati ochii. Pt asta folositi Eliptical Marquee Tool si faceti un cerc de forma ochiului.

Right click on the selection and choose New LayerApoi dati click dreapta pe selectie si dati click pe New Layer.
Right click in the layer palette on the current layer and choose Blending Options then follow the options selected in the following imagesDati click dreapta in paleta cu layere pe layerul curent si selectati Blending Options apoi urmati optiunile din imagine:

Delete the green stuff(with the eraser) that goes outside the eye's contour.Stergeti ce depaseste conturul ochiului.
Then choose Blending Options for this layer and select the following.Apoi intrati in Blending Options si selectati urmatoarele:

Using the brush tool do two spots on the eye in a new layer, with the following colorsCu brushul faceti doua puncte pe ochi, in acelasi layer, cu urmatoarele culori:

And choose the following layer options[Si folositi urmatoarele optiuni pt layer]:

Duplicate this layer and go to Edit -> Transform -> Flip Horizontal[Duplicati layer-ul si duceti-va la Edit -> Transform -> Flip Horizontal]

Select Pen Tool and draw a shape like this then fill it with black color[Selecteaza Pen Tool si deseanaza o forma ca aceasta apoi selecteaza fill path [foloseste culoarea negru]

Now duplicate this layer and go to edit -> transform -> flip horizontal[Acum duplicati acest layer si duceti-va la edit -> transform -> flip horizontal]
You may have to rotate it a little bit depends what stock you have...so go to edit -> transform -> rotate[Acum va trebui sa rotati layerul depinde de ce stock aveti ...asa ca duceti-va la edit -> transform -> rotate]
